BACKGROUND

Africa Vukani School of Soft Skills was established in 2008 in light of widening gap, indentified, between labour market soft skills requirements, labour force skills quality standards and education system skills output.

The school of Soft Skills delivers high quality research and services in areas of education and training, career development, and work opportunities. This includes labour market research and analysis, design and evaluation of career development programs, development of career information resources, training and development of career development practitioners.
