BACKGROUND

AV-ADR, trading as ADR International (hereinafter called ADR South Africa) is a specialist procurement management consultancy operating under license to ADR international Purchasing Consultants.

ADR South Africa has been operating locally since 1999 when a license agreement was concluded with ADR International Purchasing Consultants to use their intellectual property in the Southern African market.

ADR South Africa has extensive support from their license partner who also has licensees operating in the United Kingdom, U.S.A., Czech Republic and Australia. Support provided by ADR International Purchasing Consultants covers product development, implementation support, networking, resources, training & development and access to global best practice.

ADR's mission is to generate substantial extra sustainable value for clients through developing procurement competence.
